Fantastic stay in a cozy hotel just a short walk away from the stunning Kata beach. The rooms were bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. The surrounding area had a charming atmosphere with great dining options and night markets. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the exceptional service from the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even upgraded us for free and gave us a personal tour of the area. We felt like we were staying in a 5-star hotel with their level of care and attention. I highly recommend this hotel for a charming and memorable stay.

Text: Loved staying at The Charm Kata! The pool was great for unwinding, and the free wifi kept me connected. The tour desk also came in handy. Who needs an elevator or soap anyway? 😂

I have to say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, well-equipped, and they even provided free beach towels and mats. The location was super convenient, nestled in a calm street between the beach side and main road. Everything I needed was just around the corner, from the local eateries to the weekly market. A major plus!
The breakfast experience could have been better with more variety. The eggs, bread, and fruits were fine, but it would have been nice to have more options to choose from.

I recently stayed at The Guide Hometel for a week and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants, night markets, and beautiful beaches like Kata and Karon. The rooms are spacious, clean, and full of natural light. But what really stood out was the exceptional service from the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering a free upgrade, complimentary breakfast, and even personally driving us to our next accommodation. The service truly made our stay memorable.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at The Guide Hometel in beautiful Kata Beach for a week. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including scrambled eggs, omelettes, and fresh juice. The room was clean and well-equipped with a fridge stocked with water and fresh towels daily. The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street but still close to the beach, night market, 7/11, and massage parlors. They even arranged an early breakfast for us one morning when we had to leave early for a trip. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Kata Beach.
I 100% recommend this hotel.

Location is mind-blowing, just 10 minutes to the stunning beach. Close to restaurants, bars, and 7/11. Amazingly helpful staff arranged discounted tours and fair-priced taxis. Clean room with complimentary water. Great breakfast options nearby.

Great value for money. Super convenient location between the beach and main road. All necessities around the corner, including the market square and weekly market. 10 min walk to the beach. Free beach towels and mats. Helpful staff who can book trips, taxis, and bike rentals.
Felt at home instantly, nothing too much trouble.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with a big balcony to enjoy the view. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. The pool, although a short walk away, was clean, cool, and a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The noise from the shops' metal rolo opening in the morning, which could be a bit annoying if you're a light sleeper. the receptionist didn't speak English well, and the reception stopped working at 22:00.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options including scrambled eggs, omelettes, sunny side up eggs, fresh juice, fresh fruits, coffee. They even accommodated our early morning departure by organizing breakfast for us at 6:30 am. The room was clean and well-equipped with a fridge stocked with water and fresh towels provided daily. The location was great, situated on a quiet street but still close to everything. It was only a 6-8 minute easy walk to the beach and 4 minutes to the night market. There were also nearby amenities such as an exchange, 7/11, and massage services. The hotel can also assist with airport transfers and activities. It was definitely value for money and I highly recommend staying at this place when visiting Kata Beach.
I felt happy and had no reason to complain.
